Reporting a correction

This is the most useful thing you can send us. A data site is only worth visiting if its numbers are right, and readers spot things we miss.

If you are reporting an error, including these makes it much faster to fix:

• The page URL
• The figure or statement that is wrong
• What it should say, and how you know

Confirmed factual errors are corrected as soon as we can verify them. See our editorial policy for how we handle corrections.

Suggesting a tool

If there is a calculation you keep doing by hand, tell us. Most of the calculators on this site started as exactly that — a sum someone was tired of doing in their head.

Guide requests

We write guides when we have something genuinely useful to say rather than to fill a content calendar, so we cannot promise to cover everything. But knowing what people are looking for and not finding is helpful, particularly where an existing page nearly answers a question and stops short.

What we cannot help with

• Jagex account issues. We are an independent fan site with no connection to Jagex. Bans, appeals, billing and account recovery all go through Jagex support.
• Anything against the game rules. We do not assist with real-world trading, gold buying, account sales or automation.
• Your credentials. We will never ask for your RuneScape password or authenticator code, and neither will anyone legitimate.
