OSRS Achievement Diaries
12 regions and 48 tiers, each with a reward item that upgrades as you finish them. Which to do first depends less on your levels than on what you do every day.
Every Achievement Diary is members-only, and every one gives an item that gets stronger with each tier you finish. The tiers are separate items rather than a single upgrading one, so finishing Hard replaces what Easy gave you.
The useful question is not which diary is easiest. It is which reward you would use every day. A teleport next to a farm patch is worth more to somebody doing herb runs than a stronger reward in a region they never visit.
