Why do it
Kandarin covers Seers' Village, Catherby and Camelot — between them a fishing spot, a farm patch, a bank and a teleport. The headgear makes that cluster a genuine base of operations.

Each tier is a list of tasks with an exact skill level, and often a quest, attached to every one. Getting a single number wrong sends somebody training to a level that does not unlock what they came for, which is worse than us saying nothing. These will go in when we can check them against something better than memory — the rest of this page is accurate in the meantime.
