Starting out: Talk to Brother Omad at the Ardougne Monastery south of East Ardougne.

There is no written introduction to this one yet. The walkthrough, requirements, items and rewards below are complete.

1
Talk to Brother Omad at Ardougne Monastery, south of the city. Ardougne cloak 1 or the Fishing Trawler teleport put you nearby.
2
Head west out of the monastery to the ring of grey stones east of the Gnome Battlefield. Standing inside makes a ladder appear.
3
Take the first path south to the room at the end. The blanket is on the table, guarded by two level 14 thieves and a level 26 Head Thief.
4
Return the blanket to Omad, then talk to him again — he now wants Brother Cedric back for a birthday party.
The second conversation is the easy one to miss. Handing over the blanket alone does not advance the quest.

1
Cedric is directly north of the monastery, south of the Ardougne Zoo camel cage, and very drunk.
2
Give him a jug of water. The well beside him cannot fill a jug directly, but a bucket on the well and then the bucket on a jug works. There is also a sink south of the monastery.
3
He then needs logs or a plank to fix his cart. Hand those over to finish.
