Gertrude's Cat

01A missing cat

1. 1

   Talk to Gertrude at her house west of Varrock, south of the Cooks' Guild. Her cat Fluffs is missing and her children saw it last.

   • Bucket of milk

   Pick doogle leaves to the south if you are not buying a seasoned sardine outright.
3. 3

   Find Wilough or Shilop in Varrock Square and pay them to reveal their secret playground — the Lumber Yard north-east of the city.

02The Lumber Yard

Three items in a fixed order. Fluffs hisses at each attempt until you have used all of them.

1. 1

   Climb over the broken fence on the southern side, then up the ladder in the centre. Fluffs is at the top.

2. 2

   Try to pick her up, then use the bucket of milk on her, then try again.

3. 3

   Use the doogle leaves on a raw sardine to make a seasoned sardine, use that on her, and try once more. She will not leave without her kittens.
4. 4

   Go back down and search the crates with the mewing above them. The sound moves around, so keep searching until you find the kitten, then carry both back to Gertrude.
