2 things to clear first, and it needs membership. Work through the list below before you travel.

Starting out: Talk to Tomas Lawry outside the Port Piscarilius bank.

There is no written introduction to this one yet. The walkthrough, requirements, items and rewards below are complete.

1
Speak to Tomas Lawry outside the Port Piscarilius bank and agree to help. A gang called the Saviours of Kourend has absorbed most of the others.
2
Ask any of the poor-looking residents about the gang — one is in the house directly south of the bridge — and they point you at Robert O'Reilly.
3
O'Reilly is in the building west of the bridge, in the room beside Kenelme. He wants a stew before he talks. Meat and a raw potato are for sale at Kenelme's Wares next door if you need to cook one.

1
Climb down the manhole, head a little south, then west over two small bridges to the large island. The bridges do not appear on the minimap, which is why people get lost here.
2
Talk to Devan Rutter and ask to join. He wants you to kill Conrad King of the rival Vipers first.
3
Conrad is back above ground, a little east of the manhole. Browse the Warrens General Store while you are down here — it is an easy Kourend & Kebos Diary task.

1
Return to Devan, then enter the tent north of him and speak to the Queen of Thieves. She turns out to be Lady Shauna Piscarilius, and the gang targets the corrupt rather than the poor.
2
Take her letter to Tomas Lawry. Councillor Hughes' ties to the Disciples of Yama interest him more than the gang does.
3
Go back down to Lady Shauna to finish. Asking Tomas for a reward gets you nothing but a job well done.
