Walkthrough
01The disgraced councillor
- 1
Talk to Martin Holt on the platform by the protesters east of Kourend Castle in Kingstown, then to Commander Fullore on the castle's ground floor.
- 2
Go to Veos' ship in Port Piscarilius and speak to Cabin Boy Herbert, who has taken over.
- 3
Confronting Hughes triggers a Judge of Yama at level 168. She admits the council coordinated her crimes and hints at the old king's fate.
02Kourend's last princess
- 1
Meet Commander Fullore just south of the castle, north of the Shayzien mine, through the small door in the south wall.
- 2
She takes what Hughes said seriously and the investigation turns to the missing princess.
03Xamphur
- 1
Gear up properly for a level 239 fight with several mechanics. A blowpipe or other ranged weapon makes it far easier.
Bring magic-defensive armour such as dragonhide even if fighting in melee. At around 80 combat, budget 3 to 4 prayer potions, 20-plus sharks and a one-click teleport.
- 2
The Lizardman Temple in Molch is the destination — a skills necklace gets you close.
- 3
Fullore confirms the potions were all that kept Rose alive, and that she has been braindead for twenty years.
04The five Houses
- 1
Visit each of the five cities and ask their leaders for support. Each sets a task.
- 2
Return to the lookout and speak to all five again to close out their tasks.
- 3
Orson's body is found at the base of the lookout tower, and the leaders convene to sign Rose's Accord, making Lord Hosidius king.
