OSRS Agility training guide
Raises run energy restoration and unlocks shortcuts across the map.
About Agility
Agility is trained on rooftop courses and gives no direct combat benefit. What it does give is faster run energy recovery and access to shortcuts that meaningfully cut travel time.
The graceful outfit, bought with marks of grace earned while training, reduces weight and boosts energy recovery further. It is the main reason to train the skill early.
Fastest training
Rates assume an attentive player with the gear and unlocks that make each method work. Real sessions include banking, breaks and mistakes.
Rooftop courses
Work up through the rooftop courses as they unlock — Draynor, Varrock, Canifis, Seers' Village and Ardougne. Seers' and Ardougne carry you most of the way.
Hallowed Sepulchre
Faster than rooftops at high levels and it produces GP rather than costing it. Requires Sins of the Father.
