About Construction
Construction is the most expensive skill in the game by a wide margin, but it is also among the fastest. The useful unlocks are substantial: a gilded altar for Prayer, teleport portals, and an ornate pool that restores stats.
Most players train it in short, costly bursts to reach a specific unlock rather than pushing straight to 99.
Fastest training
Rates assume an attentive player with the gear and unlocks that make each method work. Real sessions include banking, breaks and mistakes.
Mahogany tables
The classic method. Very fast and very expensive, needing a servant to fetch planks.
Oak larders and oak dungeon doors
Far cheaper than mahogany and still quick. The usual choice for players on a budget.

- Oak planks throughout. Making your own planks with the sawmill or a plank make spell reduces the cost further.
Useful quests
Quest experience is often worth far more than the time it takes, particularly at low levels where the curve is shallowest.
