The Red Reef

Speak to Elder Raley south of the Summer Shore bank, then ask any tortugan in the marketplace where Floopa is.

Elder Katt grants temporary access to the Sacred Grove to the north-east. Floopa is north-west inside, gathering camphor logs.

Sail to Red Rock and inspect the Sailors' Marker beside Shipwright Sylvia to unlock that teleport on the sailor's amulet.

Speak to the receptionist at the building headquarters to the west, who arranges a meeting with Theodore Paxton.

Inspect the four displays while you wait, starting with the one closest to the door and moving anti-clockwise — that is chronological order.

Out of order they do not register. All four must be inspected before the meeting happens.

Sail south to Last Light. The Bark of the Bight and The Four of a Kind attack on approach.

Each ship has 250 hitpoints and four crew: a captain, a helmsman and two cannoneers.

The captains attack you directly at range — Protect from Missiles blocks all of it. Kill the helmsman and the captain takes the wheel instead.

Sail east of Red Rock to The Zenith and speak to Spencer Brentwood, who takes you down to repair coral dredgers. He provides diving gear if you have none.

Do not teleport out from the seabed. Your boat is lost at sea and has to be recovered from a shipwright. Speak to Spencer to leave properly.

You cannot run down here even with flippers, so plan the trip rather than rushing it.

Black Eye Bethel at level 191 and a level 112 giant lobster, which is safespottable, are the fights that follow.
