5 things to clear first, and it needs membership. Work through the list below before you travel.

Starting out: Talk to Dondakan the Dwarf at the Keldagrim south-west mine.

There is no written introduction to this one yet. The walkthrough, requirements, items and rewards below are complete.

Go to the Keldagrim mines north-east of Rellekka. The fairy ring, an enchanted lyre or the Grand Exchange minecart all work; from the carts, head north-west to the Dwarven Boatman for a free ride.

Enter the crack between the two dwarf statues opposite the entrance and talk to Dondakan.

All three pages come from the Dwarven Mine, in any order, and each can take several attempts.

Page one drops from scorpions in the south-eastern area. If a few kills give nothing, hop worlds.

Page two is found by searching the mine carts along the tracks.

Page three comes from mining clay, copper, tin or iron.

Dondakan gives you the first. The engineer by the anvil on the bottom floor of the western palace in Keldagrim gives the second.

Make your golden helmet at that anvil. It is extremely heavy, so bank it until you need it.

For a spare helmet, make one, drop it, make another and telegrab the first. It is genuinely useful against gryphons later.

Mine at least six gold ore before fighting, or it regenerates faster than you can damage it.
Mine fifteen instead. That drops the boss from combat level 125 to 75, and the gold must stay in your inventory throughout.

You have eight minutes to mine the gold and win the fight. Taking the golden helmet off teleports you straight back to Dondakan.
