About this quest
Starting out: Talk to Queen Ellamaria in the garden of Varrock Palace.
There is no written introduction to this one yet. The walkthrough, requirements, items and rewards below are complete.
Walkthrough
01Enchanting the ring
- 1
Speak to Queen Ellamaria in the fenced garden east of Varrock Palace, out of the north-eastern kitchen and south.
Any other rings in your inventory or bank vanish during the enchantment. Move them out first.
- 2
Take the Ring of Charos to the Wise Old Man in Draynor. He tests your diplomacy with six questions before enchanting it; the seventh can be answered any way.
02Seeds from the gardeners
- 1
Carry the full tool set throughout: rake, seed dibber, spade, secateurs, watering can and gardening trowel.
- 2
Wear the Ring of Charos (a) and visit the gardeners in any order — Elstan at the patch between Falador and Draynor, then Lyra and Kragen.
Plant their crops only after talking to them. Seeds planted beforehand do not count and you will have to grow them again.
- 3
Plant six of each allotment seed rather than three. Some will die and this saves waiting out another cycle.
03The statues
- 1
Ask Ellamaria about the statues while the plants grow — the white tree takes the longest, so start the gardening first.
- 2
She gives you a trolley. With a statue loaded, Push or Pull moves it one square at a time.
Teleporting while a statue is on the trolley — including from a random event — can reset your progress and cost you a trip back to Ellamaria.
04Planting the garden
- 1
There is no tool leprechaun in the garden. The nearest is at the tree patch east of the palace courtyard.
- 2
Rake every patch, then plant each seed and sapling in its place. The allotments need no compost and nothing needs watering.
- 3
The orchid pots do need compost before planting, and it must be un-noted. A bottomless compost bucket will not work for these two.
