01Something is taking the livestock

Almost every item can be found on the farm itself, so this is a quest you can start empty-handed if you do not mind the searching.

   Talk to Gordon at the farm just south of the Farming Guild and offer to help.

   Mary, in the house, suggests laying a flour trail — the beast only comes at night, so nobody has seen it.

02The Headless Beast

1. 1

   Follow the flour trail to the Kebos Lowlands mine. Before going in, take the two planks by the broken rowboat and mine some clay.

   The Headless Beast fights in melee and has a slam that drops a rock on you. Step away as it lands to avoid it.

   Trapping it around the pond safespots it — it never uses the special from there.

   Search the skeleton nearby after killing it.

03A convincing fake

   Mary suggests making a fake head. Use a knife on soft clay to make a clay head and show Gordon.

   There is a bucket spawn and a sink in Mary's room if the clay you mined still needs softening.

   He is unconvinced, so add bear fur with a needle and thread to make a fur head, then red dye from the shelves by the stairs to make a bloody head.

   Bring more than six nails. Bending a few while building is common and running out means another search of the workbench.
