Plague City

01Digging under the wall

The gateway to the whole of West Ardougne and everything beyond it. Gather the items first — the quest sends you back and forth otherwise.

1. 1

Talk to Edmond behind his house, against the West Ardougne wall north of Ardougne Castle, and agree to help find his daughter Elena.

2. 2

Alrena, inside the house or wandering near it, makes a gas mask in exchange for dwellberries. They grow in McGrubor's Wood, or buy them from Heckel Funch or Hudo in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.
3. 3

Use four buckets of water on the mud patch Edmond is digging, then dig it out with a spade. There is a water source and a bucket spawn beside him.

4. 4

Use the rope on the pipe to climb down, and take the picture of Elena from inside the house before you go.

02Finding Elena

1. 1

Wear the gas mask in West Ardougne. Talk to Jethick in the same plaza and show him Elena's picture; he gives you a book to return to the Rehnisons.

2. 2

The Rehnison house is north, up against the wall, marked out by its grey planks. Mention the book to get in, talk to Martha or Ted, then go upstairs to Milli, who knows where Elena went.

03Bravek's hangover

1. 1

Go to the large building on the north side of the town square, north of the manhole. Ask the clerk who is through the door, then say it is urgent and someone has been kidnapped.

2. 2

Bravek is too hung over to help and hands you a recipe. Put chocolate dust into a bucket of milk, then add snape grass.

Do not left-click the chocolate bar or the chocolatey milk at any point — you will eat or drink them and have to start the cure again.

3. 3

Give him the cure and tell him about the mourners. He issues a warrant that gets you into the house where Elena is being held.

4. 4

Free Elena and take the news back to Edmond to finish.
