01Two kings

Neitiznot and Jatizso, played off against each other. The helm of Neitiznot at the end is one of the best melee helmets for a long time.

   Talk to Mord Gunnars at the northernmost Rellekka dock to sail to Jatizso, then to King Gjuki Sorvott IV in the checkered room.

   His cat wants a raw tuna — fish one at the south pier or buy from Flosi Dalksson.
3. 3

   Then give him ore: 8 tin at Mining level 1, 7 coal from 2 to 54, or 6 mithril at 55 and above. Noted ore is accepted.

02The jester

1. 1

   Wear all four pieces of the jester costume with nothing in your weapon or shield slots, and ask Slug Hemligssen behind the bank for free stuff.

   Any pet out will block the performance, whatever it is. Put it away first.

2. 2

   Entertain Mawnis Burowgar with the jester control panel, doing exactly what he asks — and listen to the guards talking while you perform. That conversation is the actual intelligence.

03Bridges and taxes

1. 1

   Bring Mawnis eight ropes — yak hair on a spinning wheel makes them — for 1,000 coins, then eight split logs for 1,500.

   Split arctic pine logs on the woodcutting stump in the middle of the village with 56 Woodcutting, or buy split logs from other players.

   Back on Jatizso, collect the window tax: 8,000 from the armourer, 6,000 from the weaponsmith, 5,000 from the fish shop and 5,000 from the eating hall.

4. 4

   Offer to pay Vanligga Gastfrihet's tax yourself. That unlocks trading in black market yak goods.

04The Ice Troll King

1. 1

   Keep one free inventory slot to receive the royal decree from King Sorvott, then take it to Mawnis.

   Take the jester outfit off before speaking to Mawnis or you get the wrong dialogue and the quest appears stuck.

   Go through the Neitiznot warrior rites, then into the Ice Troll Caves for ten ice trolls at level 74 to 82 and the level 122 Ice Troll King.
