Go to the campsite directly north of the small mining site by the cliffs east of the city, and talk to Maisa.

Finish the whole conversation with her or the next section will not open.

Search the camping equipment by the tent for a tinderbox and take the spade from the north side of the camp.

Head south then east around the cliffs to the stairs down into the Ruins of Ullek.

Use coal and the tinderbox on the furnace by the well, then work through to the two level 119 Scarab Mages.

Take either staircase down and activate the southern lever, then run to the other one.

Both levers must be pulled within 60 seconds. Projectiles down the hallways stun you and hit up to 10, which is usually what costs people the attempt.

If you die here, your first successful pull may not register — simply do both again within the time.

The Champion of Scabaras at level 379 resists magic heavily and melee moderately, so bring Ranged.

You will be kiting him around the four corners, so run energy matters more than damage. Bring stamina potions and an antipoison.

Afterwards, Zahur in Nardah identifies the pox as coming from cadavaberry bark. Fetch a Lily of the Elid from the island west of Nardah.

Buy raw beef or cooked meat from the Nardah general store if you have none.

Gear up in your best melee for the level 351 Menaphite Akh, then speak to Maisa in the northern necropolis.
