Talk to Larry at the south entrance of Ardougne Zoo. He wants ten oak planks, ten steel nails, a hammer and a spade for a penguin lookout.

Tell him you have the materials and accept the teleport to the Iceberg.

You cannot be teleported with a pet following you. Bank any follower first.

Collect a plank — Barbarian Outpost or Port Khazard are the nearest — and a piece of silk, which can be stolen at the East Ardougne market with 20 Thieving.

Make a clockwork from a steel bar at a clockmaker's bench, then use the bench again for a clockwork toy and build the suit.

Return to Larry and go back to the Iceberg. The lookout is destroyed and the penguins are gone, so the suit gets tested at the zoo instead.

Free your hand and cape slots and talk to Larry, who shrinks you into the suit.

In the enclosure, right-click penguins until one has a Talk option. He wants a greeting first — the emote sequence shown in the earlier cutscene.

The sequence is different for every player. If you missed the cutscene you cannot go back, but guessing works: you are told immediately when an emote is wrong.

Get swamp tar from Lumbridge Swamp and five ordinary chicken feathers from the farm north of it.

Pick up the mahogany plank, leather and food for the next stage while you are near a bank — there is not another one for a long while.

Suit up in Fred the Farmer's sheep pen and talk to the sheep.

Climb down into the water, avoid the moving ice and cross the stepping stones. Failing costs minor damage.

Use Tread softly on each icicle shelf, repeatedly. The ice crossing after it deals 2 damage per slip.

To leave the facility, simply take off the penguin suit and you are thrown out beside Larry.

Steal a cowbell from a dairy cow — one is in south-east Rellekka — and use the mahogany plank on the leather to make penguin bongos.
