My Arm wants the goutweedy lump from the cooking pot on Death Plateau. There is a bucket spawn just south of the pot.

You need three buckets of Ugthanki dung and seven supercompost.

Without a camulet: ask Ali the Kebab Seller in Pollnivneach for red hot sauce, then use it on the trough at the Camel Man's store. A camel eats it and obliges.

Use empty buckets on the dung. Trying to pick it up by hand gets you a message rather than an item.

With a camulet you can ask a camel in Al Kharid directly instead.

After fertilising, My Arm travels with you to Tai Bwo Wannai. He runs ahead — find him just east of Jiminua's Jungle Store.

Talking to Murcaily needs at least 60 per cent favour and spends it.

Build favour to 100 per cent first if you want the Karamja Diary task, because this conversation takes the 60 straight off your total.

Bank for a real fight: armour, food and magic gear are recommended, plus the farming tools or a tool leprechaun holding them.

Back at the top of the Stronghold, hand My Arm the tools in order, starting with the rake — which can break.

The Baby Roc is level 75 and the Giant Roc level 172. This is the real difficulty of the quest, not the farming.
