Walkthrough
01Bill Teach's problem

Get to Port Phasmatys — charter ship avoids needing ecto-tokens — and speak to Bill Teach in The Green Ghost inn.

He needs a pirate to help him leave port. Nobody will sail with him after he argued with a rival captain who threatened to sink his ship.
02Under fire
As soon as you sail, the rival ship attacks. The whole middle of the quest is boarding it and disabling the cannon.

Go down to the bottom deck and search the Repair Locker for four ropes.
Take four, not two. You cross to the enemy ship twice and each crossing costs two ropes.

Search the Gun Locker nearby for a fuse, and take the tinderbox from the southern corner.

Cross to the enemy ship and disable its cannon, then repair your own hull. The level 57 pirates aboard will fight you.
03Mos Le'Harmless
- 1
After the third hit on the enemy ship a cutscene plays with Bill and Mama Le'Fiette at The Other Inn.

Bill gives you a Book o' Piracy so you can speak pirate, which is what gets you onto Mos Le'Harmless afterwards.
