Starting out: Talk to Pirate Pete on the dock north of Port Phasmatys.

Walkthrough
01Braindeath Island

Talk to Pirate Pete at the dock north-east of the Ectofuntus and agree to help. Refuse the money he offers — the quest expects it.

You need at least 47 prayer points for the evil spirit section later, so top up before you sail.
02Brewing the swill

If you have no rake or seed dibber, take the ladder in the north-west corner down to the basement and go south-east past the spiders to the cupboard.

Leave by the southernmost stairway to the farming patches. Only the south-eastern patch is usable.

Zombie swabs will attack. Walk out of combat and right-click Intimidate to stop them permanently.

Grow and harvest the blindweed, then work through the brewing machinery.
03Captain Donnie
- 1
Collect the finished swill with a bucket from the output tap at the south end of the machinery. Braindeath gives you a bucket if you need one.

Find Captain Donnie by the farming patches and hand it over. He drinks it and lets slip that his boss is Rabid Jack.

Tell Captain Braindeath. The level 150 evil spirit and level 49 fever spiders in this quest can both be safespotted.
