Tombs of Amascut

The raid you set the difficulty of yourself, which makes it the one to learn in.

MembersAdvancedLow riskHands-on

Tombs of Amascut lets you choose how hard it is by picking invocations before you enter, and the raid level that results decides both the danger and the loot. That dial is the whole point: you can enter at a level you can actually survive and raise it as you improve, rather than being thrown at a fixed difficulty.

The rate quoted here is for a solo run at raid level 450, which is a realistic target once the rooms are familiar. Lower levels pay less and are the right place to start; higher levels pay considerably more and punish mistakes accordingly.

Death inside costs supplies rather than your gear, which is why this is usually the first raid recommended to someone who has not raided before.

Getting the most from it

  • Raise the raid level by adding invocations you find easy before adding ones you find dangerous. The reward scales with the number, not with which ones.
