What this answers

The question most people actually have is not “what are the requirements for this quest” — that is on the quest page. It is “given where my account is, what can I do next”, and answering it by hand means checking every requirement list in the game against your stats.

So this does that, and when something is out of reach it names what is missing rather than saying no. Being four Agility short of a quest is a plan; being told you cannot do it is a wall.

Quest prerequisites matter more than levels

Most people are blocked by other quests rather than by stats. Priest in Peril gates most of Morytania, Druidic Ritual gates Herblore entirely, and Dragon Slayer I needs 32 quest points from anywhere. Tick off what you have finished and the list changes considerably — often more than raising a level would.

How the requirements are sourced

From the same data as our quest guides, so the planner and the guide cannot disagree. Skill levels, quest prerequisites and quest point gates are factual game data; where a requirement here looks wrong, it is wrong on the quest page too and worth telling us about.

Worth knowing

Covers every quest in the game. Not every quest has a written guide behind it yet, but the requirements the planner works from are checked for all of them.

Works from base levels. Most skill requirements can be met with a boost, so anything you are within a few levels of may already be reachable.

Common questions

How do I know which OSRS quests I can do?
Enter your current levels and tick off the quests you have already finished. Anything with no outstanding requirement appears under quests you can start now; everything else is listed with the exact levels, quests or quest points still missing.
Why does a quest still show as blocked when I have the levels?
Almost always a quest prerequisite rather than a skill one. Many quests are gated behind other quests rather than behind stats, so tick off what you have completed and the list will re-sort. Quest point gates work the same way — they are counted from the quests you have marked as done.
Does this cover every quest in the game?
Yes — every quest in Old School RuneScape, with the requirements for each one checked against the game's own published data rather than typed in from memory. Recipe for Disaster is counted as a single quest rather than as its eleven separate chapters, which is how the game itself gates the things behind it.
Do boosted levels count for quest requirements?
For most quests yes — a stat boost from a potion will satisfy a skill requirement at the moment it is checked. It is not universal, and a few requirements cannot be boosted. This planner works from your base levels, so treat anything you are within a few levels of as potentially reachable with a boost.
